Below you can find different assembly options for all our furniture legs.
The M8 (8mm) bolt is a standard fitting that is compatible with a wide range of furniture types.
1 - Attach the bolt into the leg by hand and apply the plastic washer over the bolt.
2 - Apply the plastic disc over the bolt and mount the leg to the furniture’s pre drilled M8 thread.
For furniture without a pre drilled M8 (8 mm) hole, we offer our Universal fitting plate. Please ensure that the surface is flat and can take wooden screws.
1 - Attach the Universal plate with small screws in the wooden frame/base of your furniture.
2 - Simply fasten the leg to the Universal fitting plate by hand.
This leg comes with an M8 bolt as well as wooden screws, in order to offer 2 assembling options.
Alt 1. If the furniture has M8-threads, use the supplied M8 bolts to mount the legs to the furniture.
Alt 2. For all other furniture, use the wooden screws to attach the leg to the wooden frame/base.
This leg comes with both an M8 bolt as well as wooden screws in order to offer 2 assembling options.
Alt 1. If the furniture has pre drilled holes with M8-threads, use the included M8 bolts to attach the legs.
Alt 2. For most other furniture, use the smaller screws to attach the legs into the wooden frame of the furniture.
Advise: Our leg model Hedvig little works great as a support leg together with Hedvig wide.

Alt 1. If the furniture has M8-threads, use the supplied M8 bolts to mount the legs to the furniture.
Alt 2. For all other furniture, use the wooden screws to attach the leg to the wooden frame/base.
Advise: This leg also works with Hedvig wide as well as Hugo as a center/support leg.

For our Harald legs, there are two different ways of mounting:
Alt 1. If your furniture has a pre drilled hole with M8 thread - use the M8 bolt to attach the leg. You can also use some of the wooden screws for extra support.
Alt 2. If your furniture does not have a pre drilled hole with M8 thread - use the wooden screws to attach the leg directly to the wooden bottom or wooden frame.
This table leg can be attached to most wooden table tops. Mounted directly in the table top with wood screws.
- Place the furniture on its side and make two aligned markings (per leg) above each other, carefully measured 5 cm and 18 cm above the bottom of the furniture to match the holes in the leg.
- Drill the holes where you have made the marks. Use a drill to fit 8mm bolt.
- Place the legs over the holes and attach the bolts from the inside of the furniture.

Alt 1. If your furniture has a pre drilled hole with M8-thread (8mm), mount the leg with the M8 bolt.
Alt 2. For other furniture - use the wooden screws to attach the leg in the wooden frame or wooden bottom.
Our table legs can be attached to most wooden table tops, as long as they are at least 25 mm thick. Mounted directly in the table top with wood screws.
This leg comes with an M8 bolt as well as wooden screws, in order to offer 2 assembling alternatives.
Alt 1. If the furniture has an M8-thread, use a screwdriver to fasten the leg with the M8 bolt.
Alt 2. For other furniture - use the wooden screws to attach the leg in the wooden frame or wooden bottom.
- Always secure your storage unit against the wall to prevent it from tipping over.
- Remember to put felt pads on to protect your floor.
- Be cautious not to bend the legs or damage the floor when you turn the furniture over to fit the legs.
- If the material in your furniture is porous, it could be necessary to use longer and thicker screws than the ones included to fix the legs properly.
- We do not recommend Prettypegs for sofa-beds, since the foldable bed legs usually differ slightly in height comparing with the sofa.
