Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email and we’ll do whatever we need to get you smiling again. We have a 14 day return policy.

A few guidelines for returns

As long as the products are unused and still in good condition it is possible to make a return. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer and you can find the return shipping costs down below.

The returned items must not be sent back as cash on delivery or similar.

Upon receival of the returned items, we will inspect the products and as long as they are in unused condition, we will make a refund of the original debit minus the return shipping cost.

How to make a return

To return your items, please forward your order confirmation to hello@prettypegs.com and state which products you wish to return.

Prettypegs will then reply with all necessary documents for you to make your return.

Note: Kindly make sure that the products returned will have no signs of usage (marks, dents, felt pads attached, screws or bolts attached, cracks) to not affect your refund amount. Customers are held responsible for any damages for the goods unless the courier states otherwise.

Cancellation of order

We usually ship the products within 1-3 business days after placed order. Of course it is ok to cancel your order before it has been processed at the warehouse.
